The public multilingual marketing site for Club Essadaka, a Taekwondo & Tang Soo Do school in Morocco — sharing the same Firebase backend as the companion Flutter app, so content the coach manages updates instantly with no redeploy.

Description
A fast, SEO-friendly public site that turns visitors into students: a home page with program pricing and the latest activity posts, full pricing cards per age group with the weekly class schedule, an about page with real member-count and years-active stats, a gallery of every activity post, and a contact page with a real map location, WhatsApp quick-contact, and a form that emails the coach.
Built with Next.js 16 (App Router, Turbopack, React Server Components) and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui, and rendered in French, English, and Arabic with full RTL support via next-intl. The Firebase Admin SDK reads the exact same Firestore project the Flutter app writes to, server-side only.
Zero hardcoded content: logo, hero images, pricing, social links, and the club's map location all come from Firestore, editable from the coach's phone, each gracefully falling back to a bundled local asset if nothing's been uploaded yet.
