Club Essadaka - Flutter App

Club Essadaka is one app with three experiences depending on who's using it. Guests can browse the club's activity feed, weekly class schedule, and program pricing without an account. Members get a private dashboard with their own schedule, payment history, and a chat thread with the coach plus the club-wide group chat. The coach gets a full back office to manage members, groups, schedules, and payments, post activities with photo/video carousels, and edit all public-facing club content.

Built with Flutter and Riverpod for state management, go_router for role-based navigation, and backed entirely by Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) with Firestore Security Rules enforcing the same role boundaries server-side that the UI expects. Media (photos, videos, voice messages) is hosted on Cloudinary with client-side compression before upload.

As solo developer I handled the product decisions, Firebase data modeling and security rules, and the full Flutter implementation, following a strict layering of models, repositories, services, and features so Firestore access stays isolated from UI code.
