Youssef IPTV Player

Youssef IPTV Player is a Flutter application built end-to-end — from playlist ingestion and content browsing to a full-blown media player with offline downloads and account sync. It targets Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, and Web from a single codebase, with responsive layouts that adapt between a desktop dashboard experience and a mobile-first bottom-nav experience.

The app supports two industry-standard IPTV delivery formats — Xtream Codes API and M3U/M3U8 playlists — behind one unified content layer. The player itself is desktop-grade: aspect ratio control, playback speed, sleep timer, multi-audio-track switching, embedded and custom .srt subtitles with a live sync-offset scrubber, Chromecast support, and a custom-built draggable, resizable Picture-in-Picture mini-player on desktop.

Other highlights include offline downloads with pause/resume via HTTP Range requests, a pure REST-based Firebase Auth + Firestore integration (no native SDK) for cross-platform account sync of favourites and watch progress, a multi-screen viewer for watching up to 4 live channels at once, smart EPG matching, and full localization in English, Arabic, and French with RTL support.
