My New Portfolio Project

A modern portfolio and full content-management system in one. Every section — projects, experience, skills, education, certifications, services, and profile — is editable from a custom admin dashboard, authenticated with NextAuth (GitHub + Google), and backed by Cloud Firestore. Media (project screenshots, videos, profile photos) is uploaded directly to Cloudinary from the admin panel, one file at a time, to stay under Vercel's serverless payload limits.

The contact form and booking system send transactional email via Resend. The site is fully bilingual (English/French) with a shared i18n dictionary, supports light/dark theme, and is built with Next.js 16 App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui, and Framer Motion for animation.

As solo developer I handled the full migration from static JSON files to a Firestore-backed CMS, built every admin CRUD flow (Projects, Experiences, Skills, Educations, Certifications, Services, Profile) from scratch, and iterated the public-facing design across the Home, About, Projects, Experience, and Services pages.
